Reference to above,it has been decided to hold presentation from the eligible responders on 02.07.2013 at Conference Room, RECPDCL,10th Floor, 1016- 1023, Devika Tower, Nehru Place, New Delhi-110019 subject to compliance of the observations by submitting the requisite clarifications/ documents to the satisfaction of RECPDCL.

Letters have been sent to inform all concerned bidders for their time slot for presentation in detail along with, presentation schedule and requisite clarifications/documents. Accordingly concerned bidders are requested to reach the venue for presentation as per their schedule and submit the requisite documents task wise as mentioned in the respective letters on the scheduled date of presentation. In case any agency not found suitable during document verification the agencys response shall be treated as rejected. In this regard the decision of the committee constituted for the purpose shall be binding and final.
